01/1992 → Established River-Bright Industrial Co. , Ltd.

1992 ~ 1997 → • Due to the increasing demands of high-tech products , we started to sell A or B
                                  grade computer's CRT to local and foreign markets ( Brands including Chun
                                  Hwa CRT , Matsushita , Hitachi , Samsung , Goldstar and LG )
                            
                             • Imported and exported TV's CRT ( Matsushita , Hitachi )
                             • Imported and exported CD-Rom ( Philips )
                             • Imported and exported raw materials like Nickel , Copper , Tin , etc.



1993 → Established subsidiary Yin Tien International Co. , Ltd.

1998 ~ 2000 →    •Imported and exported IC related products such as DRAM , FLASH , SGRAM ,
                                    EEPROM , SRAM , etc.
                                •Imported and exported LCD panels including 10.4" ~ 30" LG Panel.
                                    ( Used by Laptops, Monitors , TV Games )

1998 → Established subsidiary Hon Yue Teck Co. , Ltd.

2001 ~ 2003 → Imported and exported LCD Panels , LCD Monitors , CRT Monitors , VCDs ,
                            and DVD projectors.

Founder's biography:

Founder : Mr. Wu Chin San
                 Received the 9th Taiwanese Outstanding Young Entrepreneur's Award.
                 Established Chin Chang Metal Industry Co. , Ltd.



In 1970 , the company produced tin related products. In ten years , Chin Chang grew to a big
company and started supplying products involved with electronics , communications , electrical
products , automobiles , and hardware. All products certified by JIS , ASTM , QQS , DIN , Bs CNS
and met the requirements.

In 1989 , due to the increasing labor costs and the fast economic development in Taiwan , the
company was merged with American Alpha Metals , Inc.

In 1992 , Mr. Wu established River - Bright Industrial Co. , Ltd. The company has been insisting on
performing the concepts of rationalization , standardization , and computerization all along.
Combining together with theoretical thinking and practical experiences at work , actively promoting
the local and international markets sales , performing on time deliveries , emphasizing costs
reduction , and maintaining good quality control have always been the basic philosophies of this
company.

公司歷史沿革

1992. 01 → 成立〞川輝股份有限公司〞，" RIVER-BRIGHT INDUSTRIAL CORP. "。

1992∼1997 → A.電腦映像管 隨著科技進步，各國對電腦的需求俱增，開始供應 A、B級CRT。及顯示器
                                ( Monitor )等。( 中華、松下、PHILIPS、HITACHI、SAMSUNG、GOLD START、LG )

                            B.電視映像管 ( PANASONIC、HITACHI、CHUNGHWA )

                            C.CD-ROM ( PHILIPS)

                            D.金屬材料：鎳、銅、錫…等並代理國外報價買賣銷售。

1993年成立子公司：尹天國際有限公司。YIN TIEN INTERNATIONAL CO. , LTD

1998年再成立子公司：弘璵科技有限公司 HON YUE TECK CO., LTD.

1998~2000 → A. IC→ DRAM、FLASH、SGRAM、EEPROM、SDRAM、DDR。
                           B. LCD PANEL：10" ~ 30" PANEL。(NOTEBOOK、MONITOR、 TV GAME)

2001~2003 → LCD PANEL、LCD MONITOR、CRT MONITOR、VCD DVD 放影機。

創辦人歷史

創辦人：
吳金山 (榮獲第九屆創業青年楷模獎)

1970年成進倉金屬公司生產焊錫製品，隨著科技日新月異於1980年拓展為進倉金屬工業股份有限公司
。(Chin Chang Metal Industry Co.,Ltd)供應電子、通信、電器、汽車、五金等工業，所製之產品通過各
國標準認証如 JIS、ASTM、QQS、DIN、BS、CNS等。

1989年時因台灣經濟起飛蓬勃發展，股市時值上萬點。人力欠缺、人力成本高漲，遂於當時將公司轉售
於美國阿爾發公司(Alpha Metals,Inc)繼續經營。

現代的科技進步一日千里，不可同日而語。各項資訊透過電子商務的快速傳遞，使得經濟活動往來更加
頻繁。

1992年成立川輝股份有限公司。川輝一直致力推動的合理化、標準化、電腦化，將理論與實務結合運
用於工作上，積極拓銷國際市場，提供迅速交貨、降低成本、嚴守品質的服務是創辦人的基本原則。
